INGREDIENTS
1 cup thick Saffron Chick Pea Stew
1 cup of veggie broth
1 cup spinach, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS
For each cup of stew, add 1 cup of veggie broth and 1 cup of finely chopped spinach.
Simmer over medium-high heat until spinach is wilted and soup is thoroughly heated.
